		<description>Being from Canada and Manitoba precisely ... the only laws that govern our body modification industry, within My province, is within the City of Winnipeg that have specific bylaws that police the industry ... however ... outside of the city all other areas, towns and smaller cities have no laws governing age limits, sterilization, education and so forth ... I live within those areas that have no laws that restrict our industry ... and I wish we did have those laws ... I ensure that I pierce no one under the age of 18 without them appearing with their parent or guarding sporting the proper/legal identification to prove they are infact the parent or guardian ... our industry has become alot more mainstream and prominent and I believe we do need a set of laws to abide by in turn allowing our industry the POSITIVE focus that it lends our community, our beauty and our bodies rather than the negative that seemingly occurs over and over</description>
