Prof Creates Tattoo Database For Police

Tattoos are becoming one of the most reliable identifying marks to identify suspects and bodies. A Michigan University professor has developed a program that enables police to database identifying marks on the bodies of known offenders. While it may not positively identify a person, it can help narrow down the list of possibilities.
